Ke Kilohana is one of several towers constructed as part of the Howard Hughes Corporation’s 60-acre Ward Village redevelopment. Ke Kilohana is a 43-story high-rise condominium offering much needed affordable units for the community.  The residential tower also includes ground floor commercial/retail space, anchored by Longs Drugs.

Wilson Okamoto Corporation (WOC) was the civil engineer. WOC’s scope of services included design of site layout, grading, roadway modifications, driveways, sidewalks, sewer system, storm drainage and storm water quality system, and domestic and fire protection water service.  Sewer design included construction of a 24-inch sewerline in Ward Avenue, from Auahi Street to Ilaniwai Street.  This sewerline will accommodate sewer demand for Ke Kilohana and other developments in the Ward/Kakaako area.

Ke Kilohana is a welcome residential development that meets affordable housing needs for the community, as well as re-energizing this part of Ward Avenue.  The project was constructed from November 2016 to March 2019 and for approximately $219 million.
