Ke Kilohana is one of several towers constructed as part of Howard Hughes Corporation’s 60-acre Ward Village redevelopment. Ke Kilohana is a 43-story residential condominium offering much needed affordable units for the community. The residential tower also includes ground floor commercial/retail space, anchored by Longs Drugs/CVS.
Civil Engineering scope included design of site layout, grading, roadway modifications, driveways, sidewalks, sewer system, storm drainage and storm water quality system, and domestic and fire protection water service.
Sewer design included construction of a 24-inch sewerline in Ward Avenue, from Auahi Street to Ilaniwai Street.
