Nohona Hale

Nohona Hale is a 16-story affordable rental housing development with approximately 110 micro-units. Nohona Hale is located within the Kakaʻako Community Development District (KCDD) Mauka Area where it is bounded by Cooke Street, Coral Street, Queen Street and Halekauwila Street.

Planning scope included preparation and processing of an environmental assessment (EA) pursuant to Chapter 343, HRS and Title 11, Chapter 200 HAR.

WOC’s civil engineering scope included the preparation of construction plans for demolition, site layout, grading, water, sewer, ingress/egress, and drainage.
