Westin Nanea Ocean Villas is situated on 16 acres of oceanfront property in Kaanapali and consists of 390 villas. Site improvements included internal roadway system, walkways, pools, spas, water features, and landscaping.
WOC prepared construction plans for site layout, mass grading, and erosion control. One of the challenges to this project included an onsite drainage retention requirement to match the pre-development retention volume.
