WOC prepared a comprehensive study to assess the condition of the existing sewer system for the State of Hawaii Department of Health’s (DOH) Waimano Ridge site. The DOH is proposing to redevelop its 242-acre Waimano Ridge parcel in Pearl City.
WOC’s scope included researching available as-built drawings, record drawings, previous assessments and other relevant documents; CCTV inspection of existing sewer lines; and the preparation of a sewer systems study.
The Sewer System Study assessed existing conditions, identified constraints and maintenance issues, prepared hydraulic analysis to determine sewer improvements required to support the redevelopment outlined in DOH’s 2016 Master Plan Update, described proposed sewer improvements, including maintenance and rehabilitation recommendations, and rough order of magnitude cost for proposed improvements.
