Marriott’s Ko Olina Beach Club is located within the 642-acre community of Ko Olina and was the first five-star timeshare resort on Oahu. It was a multi-phase development constructed over ten years. The property offers villas, a health club, restaurants, pool bar and grill, pools and water features.
WOC prepared plans and specifications for site water, sewer, drainage and roadway systems. WOC also prepared and processed necessary permits.
