What began as a small consulting business in Hawaii in 1947 has expanded to now include clients from the entire Pacific Basin. Our experience includes resorts/hotels, residential, mixed-use developments, commercial/retail, subdivisions, educational and government buildings, transportation, sewer and water systems, and military facilities. Our team has managed an assortment of project types, differing in size, scope, complexity and cost. Given the nature of our firm’s multi-disciplinary composition, our collective capabilities span all phases of development from conceptual planning and feasibility/due diligence to design, permitting and construction, ensuring continuity and accountability from concept to completion of construction.
