Ward Village Shops consists of Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx and former Pier 1 Imports and encompasses approximately 85,000 SF. The IBM Building was renovated to accommodate office/commercial uses.
Civil engineering scope included preparation of construction plans for the relocation of the City sidewalk onto private property; incorporating landscaping within the City right-of-way along Auahi Street; ADA curb ramps, and addition of a traffic signal at entrance to Ward Village Shops parking structure on Auahi Street.
