ʻAʻaliʻi is a 42-story residential tower with approximately 750 residential units and 15,000 SF of commercial space on the ground floor.
Civil engineering scope for road and sidewalk improvements included new curb, gutter, sidewalks and driveways along Auahi Street and two private drives. Relocation of the City sidewalk onto private property and incorporation of landscaping within the City right-of-way adjacent to the curb and gutter along Auahi Street required the processing of a Surface Encroachment Agreement and Pedestrian Easement. Other improvements included ADA curb ramps at project corners along Auahi Street and the private drives.
Traffic engineering services included the preparation of traffic impact analyses report and provided consultation services associated with access control, circulation, and service operations.
