Hale Mahana Apartments is a student housing development at the corner of South King Street and University Avenue. The project site encompasses 1.2-acres and consists of 189-units with retail/commercial space on the ground floor.
Civil scope included the preparation of a due diligence study, design for demolition, mass grading, water, sewer, ingress and egress, drainage, and traffic signals. WOC also prepared and processed a NPDES Permit, storm drainage connection agreement, storm water quality report, and erosion control report.
WOC also provided traffic engineering services for the preparation of a traffic impact analysis report to analyze potential project-related traffic impacts on the roadway system within the project vicinity and preparation of temporary traffic control plans. Also prepared plans for traffic signal system modifications, signal indications, signal phasing, phase diagrams, conduit and cable runs schedule, detector loops pullbox placements, and miscellaneous traffic signal system details.
