Honua Kai is situated on approximately 38 acres of land along Honoapiilani Highway in Lahaina. The Resort offers 600 studios, one, two, and three bedroom suites within two buildings.
Civil engineering scope included preparation of construction plans for site layout, sewer, water, egress/ingress, drainage, mass grading, and erosion control.
WOC also prepared a Special Management Area (SMA) Permit Application and Planned Development Application.
