Keahuolu Courthouse is situated on 10 acres of lands in Kona. The Kona Judiciary is approximately 143,000 SF and includes courtrooms, rooms for jurors, holding areas, administrative offices and parking. The building was designed to meet LEED Silver standards for sustainability.
Civil engineering scope included preparation of construction plans for mass grading, site layout, drainage, water, wastewater and erosion control plans.
