The waterfront improvements consisted of reconstructing 250 feet section of the wharves, constructing 1,510 feet of concrete relieving platform (hardstand), 1,560 feet of concrete pavement, utility improvements and a waterfront transit storage/staging facility, and relocating utilities around the waterfront transit facility.
