The Park at Keʻeaumoku is a new residential development in urban Honolulu and encompasses approximately 3.5 acres. The development will consist of two 42-story towers with commercial/retail uses on the ground floor and a half acre park.
Civil engineering scope included the preparation of construction plans, including demolition, grading, utility, drainage, erosion control. WOC also prepared and processed Sidewalk Variance, Driveway Variance, Surface Encroachment, and NDPES Permit. Overhead electrical lines along Liona Street will be relocated underground.
WOC prepared Traffic Impact Analysis Report (TIAR), Construction Transportation Management Plan (CMTP) and Transportation Management Plan (TMP).
