Turtle Bay Resort encompasses approximately 858 acres on the North Shore of Oʻahu. Turtle Bay Resort is comprised of a hotel, multi-family residential, commercial, open space/park/preservation, and two golf courses. Turtle Bay Resort is proposing to develop two new resort projects, a new residential subdivision along with commercial/office spaces and other resort amenities.
WOC is providing civil engineering services for infrastructure improvements to support future development. To date, WOC has prepared the following:
- Infrastructure master plan for sewer, water and drainage.
- Construction plans for intersection improvements at Kamehameha Highway/Kuilima Drive
- On-site wastewater improvements, including lift station and wastewater pump station
- Construction plans for a Kaihalulu Drive Extension (East)
