WOC provided civil engineering services for the design of water system improvements, which included the upgrade of 5,000 linear feet of transmission/distribution lines, upgrade of the existing well building and electrical system to meet BWS standards. The project also included the renovation of the existing booster pump station building, paving of 1,150 linear feet of access driveway to the water tank and the installation of 23 fire hydrants, water meters and back-flow preventers.
