WOC provided planning services on an as-needed basis to State of Hawaiʻi, Department of Transportation – Airports Division.
Tasks included, but not limited to preparation of a baseline flight obstruction study for Honolulu International Airport and Kalaeloa Airport and preparation of environmental documentation for Taxiway A improvements at HNL.
