The 41-story residential tower offers approximately 700 units and 26,000 SF Ka Lai o Kukuluaeo’o Park. This is Ward Village’s eighth completed residential tower. WOC prepared construction plans for demolition, site layout, mass grading, erosion control and civil improvements, including water, sewer, and drainage. Off-site utility improvements included electrical, telecommunications and sewer line.
