This is an affordable housing development offering 300 units. This project is located along the Honolulu Rail Transit line at the corner of Kalaloa Street and Kamehameha Highway. WOC prepared construction plans for demolition, grading, site layout, including water, wastewater and drainage. WOC also prepared a Traffic Impact Assessment, multimodal transportation assessment, construction management plan and transportation management plan.
