WOC was a sub-consultant providing civil engineering services for the design and preparation of construction documents for a new concrete fixed single deck pier to replace the existing floating Pier 5 (Design-Bid-Build). Landside civil improvements included demolition, site layout, grading, PCC pavement for heavy vehicle loading, vehicle ramps, roadway repaving, traffic control, construction phasing, and utility improvements including potable water system, saltwater system, sanitary sewer system, and relocation of steam and compressed air facilities.
