New on-campus housing for University of Hawai‘i Mānoa faculty and students. The project consists of two residential towers and offers approximately 388 affordable rental units. The facility was designed to meet LEED Sliver Certification. WOC provided civil engineering services. Civil scope included preparing construction plans for demolition, site layout, grading, erosion control, and utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage). The project site is located along Manoa Stream, so the project was designed to avoid work in the stream and degradation to the banks.
