Hokuala Resort encompasses 450-acres and its luxury oceanfront residences include the following:
- Kaiholo Residences includes 14 three and four bedroom 5 star units. Amenities include an infinity edge pool and spa, landscaped gardens, and the Hualani bar and restaurant.
- Maliulā Residences includes 28 two and three bedroom 5 star units. Amenities include pool and spa, landscaped gardens, barbeque grill area, fitness center, kid’s club, and poolside restaurant.
- Lāola includes one townhome building with 2 four bedroom 5 star units and 3 three bedroom 5 star units, each with a lanai, barbeque area and plunge pool.
WOC prepared construction documents for the project which included civil engineering re-design services for the erosion control, site layout, site grading, and site utilities, details, and specifications. WOC also assisted in updating of the Drainage Report and obtaining re-approval of the civil plans and reports from the County of Kauaʻi’s Department of Public Works.
