Leihano Subdivision encompasses approximately40 acres and will accommodate mixed-use development, including Ilima at Leihano, an assisted living facility. Civil engineering scope for the subdivision included the preparation of construction drawings for water, sewer, drainage, erosion control, grading and roadway plan.
WOC also provided civil engineering design services for Ilima at Leihano, an assisted living facility. The three-story senior living facility encompasses approximately 4.0 acres of the 40-acre subdivision. Ilima at Leihano consists of 84-units and offers independent living, assisted living and memory care.
Scope included the preparation of construction drawings for water, sewer, drainage, erosion control, and grading.
