This residential tower is located between Waiea and Victoria Ward Park along Ala Moana Boulevard. This tower has 350 luxury units with lush gardens on the ground floor. WOC prepared construction plans for demolition, site layout, mass grading, erosion control and civil improvements, including water, sewer, and drainage. Off-site utility improvements included electrical, telecommunications and sewer line.
WOC also prepared a construction management plan and provided consultation services associated with access, control, circulation and service operations.
