WOC was a sub-consultant providing civil engineering services for the design of a new single-story Test Support Facility (TSF) on Wake Island (Design-Bid-Build). The facility will support approximately 60 personnel and will include mission execution workspace, office space, conference room, an elevated storage mezzanine, restrooms, mechanical room, electrical room and back-up generator power.
Civil work included site design, grading, site access, ADA access, AT/FP security measures, fire lane, water service connection, sewer connection, storm drainage retention basin, and LEED. Services included a design charrette and report.
