University of Hawaiʻi Innovation Center and Residences for Innovative Student Entrepreneurs (RISE)

This Public-Private Partnership (P3) project is envisioned to bring an integrated, live, learn, work, innovation center supporting the innovation and entrepreneurship community at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. The project consists of approximately 140,000 square feet, with programming that will include student housing and residential common areas, the innovation and entrepreneurship center, project service areas, retail area, office/administration space and on-site parking.

Planning scope included project management and entitlements consultation in conjunction with the preparation and processing of an Environmental Assessment, pursuant to Chapter 343, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), and Title 11 Chapter 200, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR).  WOC also prepared a Traffic Impact Report.

WOC prepared construction plans for site and utility improvements including water, sewer, ingress/egress, drainage, grading and demolition.
