WOC provided civil engineering services for the design of sewer system improvements at the State Department of Health’s property in Pearl City. In 2018 WOC prepared a comprehensive study to assess existing sewer system conditions and identified improvements to support the redevelopment of the property outlined in DOH’s Master Plan Update.
In 2023, WOC provided services for the design of sewer system improvements proposed in the aforementioned comprehensive sewer system study.
