WOC prepared a Traffic Impact Assessment Report (TIAR) for Straub’s Main Campus Redevelopment. Hawaiʻi Pacific Health is proposing to redevelop the existing Straub Medical Center located in Honolulu. The redeveloped facility is expected to include additional medical facilities, a parking garage, and a hotel component.
WOC prepared a TIAR which includes an assessment on traffic operations, traffic related improvements, parking management and internal circulation. In 2022 WOC updated the TIAR and prepared a Construction Traffic Management Plan.
